Shipping & returns

* All prices exclude VAT.

* Please note the pictures of the products on the price list or the catalogue, is for illustration only and does not necessarily come standard with these options but may incur extra costs.

* All chairs carry a five year factory guarantee and covers workmanship and components.

* The guarantee excludes normal wear and tear and abuse. Chairs used 5 days a week, 9 hours a day is normal.

* For guarantee on fabric please refer to the fabric houses.

* No verbal order will be accepted, must be communicated by mail or fax.

* A handling fee of 10% will be charged, for incorrectly ordered products. This excludes samples. 

* There will be a 10% cancelation fee for completed orders as well as the cost of any special ordered fabric.

* All returned goods, will be delivered to us or collected by us, (Office Innovation customer the dealer).

* Office Innovation will not be held liable for damage or loss of chairs delivered by your transporter.

* Deliveries made to a third party will be charged at 8% of the value of the invoice, with a minimum of R300,00.

* Please collect orders within 5 days from faxed or e-mailed invoices.

* We deliver to ground floor only. Unless arrangements have been made.
